TrueCare Urgent Care is happy to provide an exciting new benefit for our veterans. Our clinic is a VA Authorized Urgent Care Provider, allowing VA members to visit us for quick, convenient care with no appointments and no prior authorization needed.
When you arrive at our clinic, just let us know you will be using your VA urgent care benefit. Our friendly staff will verify your coverage and take care of billing the VA.
Copayments
Veterans will NOT be charged a copayment by TrueCare Urgent Care on the day of your visit. If there is a patient responsibility, Veterans will be billed by the VA. For more information about what your responsibility may be, check with your local VA medical facility and ask about your VA urgent care benefit.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the VA urgent care benefit, veterans must be enrolled in the VA healthcare system and have received care through the VA or a community provider within the past 24 months. To determine your eligibility, contact your local VA medical facility.
