Telemedicine Guide
To use our Telemedicine Service you will need to have Zoom downloaded on your mobile device. Here is exactly what you can expect to see while downloading Zoom and connecting to your provider, all in less than a minute.

If you do not have the Zoom app downloaded, you can find the link to download Zoom here.

Download the app from the app store.

When you see this screen, congratulations you have successfully dowloaded Zoom. You can exit the app and wait for us to text you.

We will text you a link when your provider is ready to see you.

You will be asked if you want to open with Zoom. Select Open

Type the name you would like to show up on your Video Screen.

Zoom requires access to your camera and microphone in order to work properly.

Select Join with Video to start your Telemedicine Visit

Select Call Over Inernet so you can talk with your provider.
